DID SOUL EATER SUCCEED IN ITS MISSION?
Soul Eater complete series as well as the television anime, video game and the book, all have the lead played by a girl named Maka Albam. The directors thought that the concept of a girl lead would gain more popularity and Soule Eater fans following than it would with a very regular make lead. The story of the Soul Eater complete series starts with some students at the Death Weapon Meister Academy along with their weapon partner where some of them are the Death the Kid who has with him the two sisters Liz and Patty as his weapons, The Black Star who has with him Tsubaki as his weapon partner etc. The head of the Academy named Shinigami or Death provides a facility for training the weapons as well as the holders of those weapons known as the meisters. One of the students named Maka has a goal to fulfill where she wants to capture the 99 evil human souls and the soul of one witch so that she, along with many others can get their weapons increased with their power, thus turning them into the Death Scythes. Death Scythes are basically the weapons that can be easily used by Shinigami, the head of the Academy. The witches in the entire Soul Eaters series are considered to e very powerful and by nature, they have a rift with the DWMA people. The witches are evil, chaotic and disastrous in nature.

In the very beginning, Maka pairs along with New Soul Eater to fight against the witch Medusa, who, in revenge bring he on forward named Crona with his weapon Regnarok. With this, now Medusa wants that Crona should go on a spree to collect all the non evil souls of he humans with which they would be able to convert Crona into a Kishin, which is basically the god of all the evils and the demons causing destruction everywhere. The first of the Kishins named Asura was captured and sealed forever beneath the foundation of the DWMA. Medusa and Crona attack the DWMA on the eve of the day when they had to celebrate the founder’s day of the school. Shinigami was the successful one to capture Asura and once, when Medusa had attacked the whole of the DWMA, the unprepared Death the Kid, Maka and Black Star try their best to fight her back but do not succeed. Medusa then gets Asura back to life with which he creates a lot of chaos after he has succeeded in running away from the hands of Shinigami. Medusa is later killed by the meister and some aid from the teacher at the DWMA named Franken Stein. Crona in the process surrenders with the DWMA and promises to help Maka till the end.

When Asura spreads a lot of chaos in the whole place, Arachne, the elder sister of Medusa comes out of her hiding place after a huge gap of 800 years just to get things back into place for the good of the evil witches. Arachne makes her force by the name of Arachnophobia, which becomes another matter of concern for the DWMA. DWMA knows that no one except the death scythes can help them in fighting with Arachne and thus, calls on for it. Medusa’s soul gets resurfaced by entering the body of a small girl and does not reveal her identity, telling the DWMA that she wants to help them in killing Arachne. DWMA along with Medusa, or as they think the young girl get inside the headquarters of Arachne where Maka kills Arachne just to see that the young girl is actually Medusa who gets her soul now into the body of Arachne and is trying to persuade Crona to reunite with her. Between all this, Death the Kid is also captured by the enemy named Noah who, all this while, has faked to be the meister at the DWMA by the name of Eibon. DWMA forms a unit by the name of Spartoi so that they all can together get back and rescue Death the Kid after they kill Noah and at the other side, Maka is successful in making the New Soul Eater the death scythes.

SOUL EATER ANIME
The Soul Eater anime has been showing the immortal clan since a very long time where the members of which have a never-ending life as the name suggests. This means that many of the immortal clan members have been living but so far, Free is the only one who has been a part of the Soul Eater anime ever since. Whenever anybody tries to harm, hit or kill Free, he does not succeed because Free is immortal and his wounds do not even take minutes to get better and soon perfect. The Witch Hunter is probably the one, which can kill Free very easily due to its anti demon wavelength, as this is what Maka has analyzed. Maka’s Witch Hunter had cut the tail of Free and it has not come back since then. However, some other wounds of Free that were made by Maka did heal with time. There was controversy about this Immortal group in Soul Eater and its members. Mosquito is doubted to be a member as Giriko said that Mosquito is a senile immortal in the Souleater series. On the other hand, Yumi Azusa had said that Mosquito is an aging monster. This created a huge confusion and controversy about the Souleater anime but it would get solved easily as the Souleater anime progresses to its future.
